Learn interdisciplinary yoga techniques to reduce stress, increase vitality and take personal control of your health and well-being. We will start with an emphasis on the breath to anchor into yoga as a meditation in action. Then, we will move through basic yoga postures focusing on healthy body mechanics, learning how to do the poses correctly to prevent and heal injuries.
Danielle Richardsom MA is a 500 HR certified yoga instructor, Ecopsychologist, and permaculture enthusiast. Trained in the lyengar yoga
tradition, she has been teaching yoga internationally since 2002. She holds a BA in Philosophy from CIIS and an MA in Transpersonal
Ecopsychology from Naropa University.
Going at a slower pace, learn basic alignment principles, healthy body mechanics, and interdisciplinary yoga techniques to reduce stress,
increase vitality and establish the foundation for personal health and wellbeing. Practice yoga asana safely and effectively! Private sessions
also available.
