face my fears in a self-guided journey into Toltec wisdom, Taoism and Yogic Philosophy. This transformed my perception to a new way of life
full of gratitude and unconditional love. I have a passion to help people find unconditional love for themselves so that the love can overflow to
all those around them. This is the natural state of existence of all things.
My yoga offerings are dynamic, we will get into our minds and create a safe space free of fear, shame and guilt. We will get into our bodies
through dynamic and personalized movements connected to our breath to increase our consciousness. I incorporate my sacred sound bowls
to infuse the knowledge and experiences with our divine spirit. Essentially we integrate all the feelings of a good yoga class and learn to
