Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, on March 21, 2020, State of Hawaii Governor David Ige declared a mandatory 14-day quarantine for visitors and returning residents arriving to Hawaii. The rule stipulates that visitors must self-quarantine in their place of accommodation for 14 days or until the end of their stay, whichever is shorter. The quarantine limits the use of any public spaces, including but not limited to pools, meeting rooms, yoga studios or restaurants.
As of October 15, 2020, travelers may now avoid Hawaii’s 14-day quarantine requirement by fulfilling pre-arrival testing program requirements. View the full quarantine requirement and additional helpful information at hawaiicovid19.com.
