Practice Yoga safely and effectively. Going at a slower pace, you will learn basic alignment principles, healthy body mechanics, and interdisciplinary yoga techniques to reduce stress, increase vitality, and take personal control of your well-being. With a strong emphasis on mindfulness and breath control, this all-levels class utilizes yoga techniques that tap into your body’s natural healing processes. Beginners and the flexibility challenged are especially encouraged to attend.

“Danielle Richardson, MA is a 500 HR certified yoga instructor, Ecopsychologist, and permaculture enthusiast. Trained in the lyengar yoga
tradition, she has been teaching yoga internationally since 2002. She holds a BA in Philosophy from CIIS and an MA in Transpersonal
Ecopsychology from Naropa University.
Going at a slower pace, learn basic alignment principles, healthy body mechanics, and interdisciplinary yoga techniques to reduce stress,
increase vitality and establish the foundation for personal health and wellbeing. Practice yoga asana safely and effectively! Private sessions
