In this class, we focus on using breath and visualization to harmonize and balance our emotional experience. Qigong is a branch of Chinese Medicine that means energy work. In other words, this is energy work through breath and visualization that we can do for ourselves. In it, we go through a series of breathwork, and visualization exercises meant to bring the emotional body back into balance. From this place of balance, the body can more easily heal itself. With greater ease in moving through emotion, we also gain mental clarity and physical well-being. Class is especially helpful for those who are sensitive, empathic, or work in healing professions.
