During this class, based on Chopra’s 7 Spiritual Laws of Yoga, you will experience balancing, lengthening and strengthening all major muscles of the body. Energy centers will open through movement and sound as you flow through sun salutations with mantras, creating a more vibrant, blissful self.
Danielle Richardsom MA is a 500 HR certified yoga instructor, Ecopsychologist, and permaculture enthusiast. Trained in the lyengar yoga tradition, she has been teaching yoga internationally since 2002. She holds a BA in Philosophy from CIIS and an MA in Transpersonal Ecopsychology from Naropa University. Going at a slower pace, learn basic alignment principles, healthy body mechanics, and interdisciplinary yoga techniques to reduce stress, increase vitality and establish the foundation for personal health and wellbeing.
